Vegetables are blanched to preserve flavour and colour, dehydrated, and then cooked in oils, after which they are seasoned and flavoured. Green string beans, carrots, squash, zucchini, potatoes, and many other vegetables can be part of the mix! Vegetable chips are great added to rice crackers for a healthy snack mix with a twist.
