Welcome to SMegaMart! Our company and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. SMegaMart.ca and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
OUR POINTS SYSTEM
Points are credited to your account when your order has shipped and the Points can then be redeemed on your next order. Points for any products returned will be reversed. We may at any time cancel our Points offering without notice. In the event that we no longer offer Points, you will still be able to redeem any available Points remaining in your account, or you will receive a coupon for the equivalent amount (as your remaining Points balance) in dollar savings, at the sole discretion of SMegaMart.ca.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit SMegaMart.ca or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
OTHER COMMUNICATION(S)
We may contact you by phone or text message in the event that the address entered during checkout for your order cannot be validated with our shipping courier, or if the courier faces challenges delivering your order. We will attempt to contact you by e-mail first, however, phone/text communication may be necessary due to the urgency required for response on such matters. You consent to receive phone/text communications from us for concerns related to an order that has been placed. We will never contact you by phone/text for any other reason. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you through phone/text satisfy any legal requirement that such urgent communications be made through phone/text.

If a product offered by SMegaMart.ca itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

If you have food allergies & intolerances, please read all product descriptions carefully. Please note, we do not prepare or package any food products. All food products are received and shipped in their original brand packaging, and we rely on our suppliers to provide allergen information. This information is included on Product pages. Please do not rely on the information provided on product pages alone. We advise you to read the product labels before consumption as we cannot guarantee accuracy of the information provided to us. For these reasons, if you have severe food allergies, we advise you to purchase and consume any food products with precaution. You are not required to save any address information with us as a registered user, and may choose to enter an address during checkout which will not be saved to your Profile (similar to checking out as a Guest). We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily enter or provide through other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
The information is required to mail an order to you, contact you regarding an order (if necessary), or to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. Registration
Registration with us is completely optional. You are not required to create an account with us in order to use this website and make purchases. Please note, registration is required to earn Points with us which can then be redeemed for discounts once the Points are credited to your account. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as email address). This information is used to contact you to confirm your order information once you've placed an order, and to notify you once your order has shipped. You need to provide a Shipping Address where your order will be shipped, and can choose from one of your saved Addresses or enter a temporary address for that order.
Guest Checkout
If you choose not to register and make a purchase and checkout as a Guest, during Guest checkout, a user is required to give certain information (such as e-mail address and shipping address information). Your e-mail address is used to contact you to confirm your order information once you've placed an order, and to notify you once your order has shipped. We may contact you via e-mail regarding special offers and you may unsubscribe at any time.
Orders
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date) if you choose to pay with a credit card. We also offer a PayPal payment option, which will direct you to the PayPal website to complete your payment. We do not store any payment information on our servers. Payment information is required for billing purposes and to fulfill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll contact you at the e-mail address and/or telephone number you provide during checkout.
Cookies
We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site.
