What are Points? Points are our way of thanking you and rewarding you for being a registered member with us. You'll earn points for every penny you spend making a purchase as a registered member. Points earned with each purchase can then be redeemed for discounts once the points have been credited to your account.
How are Points calculated? Every penny you spend purchasing Products earns you 1 Point. Every dollar you spend purchasing Products earns you 100 Points. The Points you earn when making a purchase are calculated after applying any coupon discount and Point redemption value as specified by you during the checkout process. (See Example #1 below).
If your total number of Available Points is less than 50,000 the redemption value will be equal to 1% of the original dollar amount. If your total number of Available Points is 50,000 or more, the redemption value will be equal to 2% of the original dollar amount. Please note that you must redeem at least 50,000 Points together for the 2% reward value (click here for further details).
Note: Shipping charges are not included in Points value calculations.
Example 1 : If you purchase Products totalling $100.00, and apply a Coupon for a $10 discount, and redeem Points worth $5, you will earn 8,500 Points ($100.00 - $10.00 - $5.00 = $85.00 X 100 = 8,500 Points).
Example 2 : If you purchase Products totalling $100.00, and do not apply any Coupon offers, and do not redeem and Points, you will earn 10,000 Points ($100.00 X 100 = 10,000 Points).
How is Point redemption value calculated? Point redemption value is calculated based on the total number of Points being redeemed with your order. If you redeem 50,000 or more points when placing your order, the redemption value will be 2% as explained in Example #2 below. If you redeem less than 50,000 points when placing your order, the redemption value will be 1% as explained in Example #1 below. If the redemption value of the Points you choose to redeem at checkout is higher than your cart's Total amount, the Points will be redeemed, however your cart will default to $0. Please click here for a more detailed explanation.
Example 1 : You have 20,000 available Points and would like to redeem your Points when you place an Order. Your Point redemption value will be $2.00 (calculated based on original dollar amount spent) off your next Order. Calculation Method: [(20,000 Points / 100 = $200.00) x 1%) = $2.00].
Example 2 : You have 50,000 available Points and would like to redeem your Points when you place an Order. Your Point redemption value will be $10.00 (calculated based on original dollar amount spent) off your next Order. Calculation Method: [(50,000 Points / 100 = $500.00) x 2%) = $10.00].
What is my Points expiry date? Your Points expiry date is the date all unused Points expire and are reset to 0. Points must be used within one year and expire on your anniversary date each year. Your Points expiry date is displayed in the 'My Points' section of your account once logged in. Unused Points expire at 11:59:59 PM (EST) on your Points expiration date.
Do I have to redeem all my Points at once when I place an Order? No, you can enter as many Points as you'd like to redeem from your available Points balance, up to a maximum of 100,000 Points during checkout. Please note that you must redeem a minimum of 50 Points.
When are Points credited to my account once I've made a purchase? Once you've placed an Order with us as a registered member, the Points earned with that Order will be in a pending status. The Points will be credited to your account as soon as your order has shipped. You can track your pending and available points on your account home page. You do not earn Points if you checkout as a Guest.
If I have a coupon offer, can I still redeem Points? Absolutely! You can enter a valid coupon code and redeem Points from your available Points balance during the checkout process to maximize your savings!
What happens if I redeem Points worth more than the total price of my Shopping Cart? If the Points you choose to redeem have a higher redemption value than your cart's total amount, your cart will default to $0. However, please note that in such a case, you will lose the difference in redemption value, as your cart total amount cannot be less than $0. Your Point redemption value is clearly displayed during the checkout process, and managing your Points is your responsibility. If you choose to continue in this scenario, we will not reimburse back any Points to your account.
